Refund policy
Each jewelry piece from Azure Jewells is handcrafted with care and carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure the highest standards of quality. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered.
However, we understand that rare situations may occur. Refunds or exchanges are available only in the following cases:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

The package is lost in transit and confirmed by the courier partner.
If you face any such issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.
Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to reflect the refund.
For all eligible refunds, Razorpay’s settlement schedule applies —
Transaction + 7 days for domestic orders and Transaction + 10 days for international orders.
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
